Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 410Β°F (210Β°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugars:
In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup cold cubed unsalted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup light brown sugar until well combined.
