Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup, for topping


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir just until combined.
  3. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, or until set and fluffy.
  4. Let rest for 30 seconds. Top with butter, syrup, or powdered sugar.
