Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Chocolate (milk, dark, or white, for coating)
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined, forming a thick dough.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
4. Melt the chocolate: Use your choice of milk, dark, or white chocolate. Melt it in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
5. Remove the chilled cream cheese balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
6. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
7. Optional decoration: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra chocolate for a finishing touch.
Notes
– Feel free to customize the chocolate coating by adding toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles.
– These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
