Description

This 5 minute almond flour cookie dough is a no bake, naturally gluten free treat made with almond flour, maple syrup, nut butter, and chocolate chips for a soft, sweet, perfectly scoopable snack.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add almond flour, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, and salt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until a soft cookie dough forms.
  3. If the dough feels dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of milk until the texture is smooth and scoopable.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop and enjoy immediately, or chill for 10 minutes for a firmer texture.
