Instructions
- Add almond flour, maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla, and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Stir until a soft cookie dough forms.
- If the dough feels dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of milk until the texture is smooth and scoopable.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop and enjoy immediately, or chill for 10 minutes for a firmer texture.

- Use blanched almond flour for the smoothest dough.
- Mini chocolate chips distribute more evenly than regular chips.
- A pinch of flaky salt on top enhances the sweetness.
