Description

A fun and colorful Easter bunny veggie tray made with fresh cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, and peppers arranged into a playful bunny shape with creamy dip.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup vegetable dip


Instructions

  1. Slice all vegetables and prepare them in separate bowls.
  2. Place a large serving platter on a flat surface.
  3. Arrange cucumber slices into an oval shape to create the bunny face.
  4. Add long cucumber slices to form bunny ears.
  5. Place cherry tomatoes as cheeks and olives for the eyes and nose.
  6. Add carrot sticks to form bunny whiskers.
  7. Fill the remaining platter space with celery and bell peppers and place bowls of dip on the tray before serving.
