A creamy and smooth baked milk dessert made easily in the air fryer with a soft custard-like texture and golden top.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 g butter
  • pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Cook mixture in saucepan until thick.
  4. Transfer to greased dish and smooth top.
  5. Air fry for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use full-fat milk for best texture
  • Do not overcook
  • Let it cool before slicing
