Description
A creamy and smooth baked milk dessert made easily in the air fryer with a soft custard-like texture and golden top.
Ingredients

- 500 ml whole milk
- 80 g sugar
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 g butter
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Whisk milk, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs until smooth.
- Cook mixture in saucepan until thick.
- Transfer to greased dish and smooth top.
- Air fry for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use full-fat milk for best texture
- Do not overcook
- Let it cool before slicing
