Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper.
  6. Form the mixture into a thick cookie and place it on the paper.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 7 to 8 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookie cool for one minute before serving.
