Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

For Serving (Optional):

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Steak sauce or garlic butter for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the steak: In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook: Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until desired doneness is reached:
    • Medium-Rare: 130-135°F (54-57°C)
    • Medium: 140-145°F (60-63°C)
    • Medium-Well: 150-155°F (65-68°C)
  • Finish: Toss the hot steak bites with melted butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or sides.

Notes

  • Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences. You can add chili powder for extra heat or even a little brown sugar for a touch of sweetness.
  • For an extra rich finish, serve with homemade garlic butter or a classic steak sauce.
  • Serve alongside roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
