These Avocado Chips are the perfect low-carb, crispy snack! With the rich creaminess of avocado, the savory flavor of Parmesan, and a hint of garlic, they make for an addictive treat that’s easy to prepare. Perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the avocado into thin strips and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the avocado slices.
