Instructions

- Add the thinly sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro, and sliced red onion to the avocado.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture, then season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined.
- Top the mixture with cottage cheese just before serving.
