These Baileys Peppermint Mocha Shots combine creamy Baileys, rich mocha, and cool peppermint, topped with whipped cream and crushed candy canes for the perfect festive treat.

- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons crushed candy canes
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips or shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Chill your shot glasses and mixing bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, stir together Baileys, peppermint extract, chocolate syrup, and brewed espresso until smooth.
- Use a piping bag or zip-top bag with a snipped corner to make whipped cream topping easy and mess-free.
- Pour the mocha mixture into each chilled shot glass, filling about ¾ of the way. Top with whipped cream piped or spooned neatly on top.
- Let the assembled shots chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes and optional chocolate chips over the whipped topping.
- Serve cold and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
- Use chilled glasses to help the whipped topping stay firm longer.
- Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
- Store the whipped cream separately and top just before serving if making ahead.
