  • 3 medium plums, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a small baking dish or skillet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss plum slices with honey, olive oil, thyme, and salt.
