Ingredients
Scale
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle evenly over the cauliflower.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until tender and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
Serve hot as a side or main dish.
Notes
Preheat the baking sheet for extra crisp results.
Don’t overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming instead of roasting.
For a vegan option, replace Parmesan with nutritional yeast.
