  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Pears: 2 medium, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese: 1/4 cup, crumbled
  • Balsamic Vinegar: 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with pizza stone or pan inside.

  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Roll dough into a 12-inch round and transfer to parchment paper.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Brush dough with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, pear slices, gorgonzola, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melted.

  7. Serve and Enjoy: Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use firm, ripe pears for best texture.
  • Don’t overload with cheese—keep it balanced.
  • Prep glaze and pears in advance for faster assembly.
  • Optional: add walnuts or chili flakes for a twist.
