Description
Tender, juicy baby back ribs cooked low and slow, then glazed with smoky-sweet BBQ sauce for the ultimate finger-licking comfort food.

- 2 racks baby back ribs (about 4 lbs total)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Rub ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with spice mix.
- Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 2½–3 hours, until tender.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and brush with BBQ sauce. Broil for 3–5 minutes or grill for 5–7 minutes until caramelized.
- Rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
- Remove the silver skin for tender ribs.
- Cook low and slow for best results.
- Brush sauce in layers for a sticky glaze.
