- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh herbs small handful
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss chicken with barbecue sauce.
- Oil baking tray lightly.
- Roll out dough and add toppings.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Add fresh herbs.
- Slice and serve.
