Description

A smoky and cheesy BBQ chicken pizza topped with tender chicken, rich barbecue sauce, and melted cheese on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs small handful
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss chicken with barbecue sauce.
  3. Oil baking tray lightly.
  4. Roll out dough and add toppings.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  6. Add fresh herbs.
  7. Slice and serve.
