Description

Berries Cottage Cheese Ice Cream is a creamy, high-protein frozen treat made with blended berries, banana, cottage cheese, and honey—no churn or fancy equipment required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries of your choice
  • 1/2 cup ripe sliced banana (or 1 small frozen banana, diced)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat or lactose-free)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered food processor or blender, add frozen berries, banana, cottage cheese, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend or puree until thick and completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Optionally, top with extra fruit.
  4. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Scoop into bowls, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use any blend of berries you like: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
  • For sweeter ice cream, add extra honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping for best texture.
