Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ripe sliced banana (or 1 small frozen banana, diced)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat or lactose-free)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered food processor or blender, add frozen berries, banana, cottage cheese, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend or puree until thick and completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Optionally, top with extra fruit.
  4. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
