2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 box strawberry gelatin (3 oz)

1 cup crushed Golden Oreos

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in fridge.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a small bowl, mix strawberry gelatin, crushed Golden Oreos, and freeze-dried strawberries to make the crunch topping.
- Sprinkle topping over the cheesecake before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
