Ingredients

  • Pork Baby Back Ribs: 2 full racks (about 4 pounds)
  • Brown Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Paprika: 2 tablespoons

  • Salt: 2 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/4 cup
  • BBQ Sauce: 1 cup


Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat grill to medium-low heat (275°F to 300°F) using indirect heat.
