Ingredients
- Pork Baby Back Ribs: 2 full racks (about 4 pounds)
- Brown Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Paprika: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Onion Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 2 teaspoons
- Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/4 cup
- BBQ Sauce: 1 cup
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat grill to medium-low heat (275°F to 300°F) using indirect heat.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne to create a rub.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat dry. Rub spice mixture on both sides.
- Assemble the Dish: Place ribs on grill over indirect heat. Cover and cook for 2 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Cook to Perfection: Wrap ribs in foil and grill for 1 more hour. Unwrap, baste with vinegar and BBQ sauce, and grill over direct heat for 15–20 minutes.
