- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay one flour tortilla flat on a baking sheet. Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Place the second tortilla on top of the filling and press down gently to seal. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling, creating a stacked, layered structure.
- Carefully cut the stacked tortillas into a ring shape by making a small hole in the center and cutting outward to form a large ring.
- Brush the top of the quesadilla ring with olive oil to ensure a golden, crispy texture.
- Place the quesadilla ring in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting. Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional).
