- 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Ensure your blender is clean and ready to use.
- Add the almond milk, frozen blueberries, frozen banana slices, peanut butter, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup if using, and ice cubes into the blender.
- Secure the blender lid firmly before starting.
- Blend on low speed at first, then gradually increase to high.
- Blend for 40 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency by adding a small splash of almond milk if needed and blend briefly again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately while cold and velvety.
Notes
- Use frozen fruit for the thickest texture.
- Add liquid gradually to control consistency.
- Taste before adding sweetener, ripe banana may provide enough sweetness.
