Description

This Blueberry Ice Cream is a simple, delicious, and healthy vegan treat! It’s made with just two main ingredients: frozen banana and frozen blueberries. This creamy, sugar-free, and oil-free ice cream is all-natural and perfect for a quick snack or dessert. Customize it with your favorite toppings like chocolate, nuts, seeds, or granola.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 parts frozen banana slices (about 2 bananas)
  • 1 part frozen blueberries (about 1 cup)
  • Plant milk (enough to spin the blender, about 1 inch in the blender)
  • Optional toppings: chocolate, nuts, seeds, coconut, granola, etc.

Instructions

  • Add the frozen banana slices and frozen blueberries into a blender.
  • Pour in just enough plant milk to cover about 1 inch of the mixture.
  • Blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture becomes creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Once smooth, serve immediately in bowls or cups.
  • Top with your favorite toppings like chocolate, nuts, seeds, coconut, or granola. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to blend for the full 30 seconds to achieve the creamy consistency.
  • You can use any plant milk you prefer: almond, coconut, oat, or soy.
  • Feel free to change up the fruits based on what you have available or your flavor preferences.
