Description
A creamy, tangy, and refreshing Brazilian Lemonade made with fresh limes, cold water, and sweetened condensed milk. Perfect for hot days or tropical gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 limes (peeled, pith removed)
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- Ice (for blending and serving)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Zest 2 limes and reserve the zest.
- Peel all 4 limes, removing the white pith.
- Blend the peeled limes with cold water for 20–30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
- Return the strained liquid to the blender and add ice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Blend until frothy and smooth.
- Serve immediately over extra ice and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not over-blend the limes to avoid bitterness.
- Serve immediately for the best frothy texture.
- Substitute coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Add a splash of alcohol such as rum for a cocktail twist.
