Description

A creamy, tangy, and refreshing Brazilian Lemonade made with fresh limes, cold water, and sweetened condensed milk. Perfect for hot days or tropical gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 limes (peeled, pith removed)
  • 4 cups cold filtered water
  • Ice (for blending and serving)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Zest 2 limes and reserve the zest.
  2. Peel all 4 limes, removing the white pith.
  3. Blend the peeled limes with cold water for 20–30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp.
  5. Return the strained liquid to the blender and add ice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
  6. Blend until frothy and smooth.
  7. Serve immediately over extra ice and enjoy.

Notes

  • Do not over-blend the limes to avoid bitterness.
  • Serve immediately for the best frothy texture.
  • Substitute coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Add a splash of alcohol such as rum for a cocktail twist.
