- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, water, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, covering the surface completely.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
