Ingredients
- Glutinous Rice Flour: 1 1/4 cups
- Water: 3/4 cup warm
- White Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Mung Bean Paste or Ube Halaya: 1/2 cup
- White Sesame Seeds: 1/2 cup
- Cooking Oil (Neutral): Enough for deep frying
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 300°F. Prepare a tray with paper towels.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and warm water until a smooth dough forms.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Maintain consistent oil temperature using a thermometer.
