Description

Crispy buffalo cauliflower bites coated in a bold, tangy sauce, perfect as a snack or appetizer with a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Dip cauliflower in batter and place on sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, bake another 10 minutes.
  6. Toss in buffalo sauce and bake 5 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
