- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Whisk flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip cauliflower in batter and place on sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, bake another 10 minutes.
- Toss in buffalo sauce and bake 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
