- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 bell peppers (any color), cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix and shape into small, flattened mini patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grates or pan.
- Thread skewers alternating burger patties, onion chunks, bell pepper pieces, and cherry tomatoes.
- Grill skewers for 3–4 minutes per side until beef is cooked through and vegetables are charred.
- Brush with olive oil or glaze in the final minute of grilling.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces or wrapped in flatbread.
