Description

Juicy burger patties and colorful vegetables grilled on skewers for a fun twist on classic burgers. These Burger Kebabs are quick, flavorful, and perfect for cookouts or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), cut into chunks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix and shape into small, flattened mini patties.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grates or pan.
  4. Thread skewers alternating burger patties, onion chunks, bell pepper pieces, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Grill skewers for 3–4 minutes per side until beef is cooked through and vegetables are charred.
  6. Brush with olive oil or glaze in the final minute of grilling.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauces or wrapped in flatbread.
