  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butterbeer syrup

Topping:

  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, butterscotch pudding mix, and butterbeer syrup until smooth.
  • Fold in heavy cream, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
