Description

A fresh and flavorful sushi roll with creamy avocado, crisp cucumber, and imitation crab wrapped in seasoned rice.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 8 imitation crab sticks
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Prepare bamboo mat.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into cooked rice.
  3. Place nori sheet on mat.
  4. Spread rice evenly and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Flip nori so rice is facing down.
  6. Add crab, avocado, and cucumber.
  7. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.

Notes

  • Keep hands damp when handling rice.
  • Use a sharp knife for slicing.
  • Do not overfill rolls.
