Description

A creamy, rich Cannoli Dip made with sweetened ricotta, cream cheese, and mini chocolate chips. Perfect for dipping with waffle cones, cookies, or fresh fruit for a no-bake dessert everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: crushed pistachios or orange zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the ricotta and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips or optional toppings like crushed pistachios or orange zest.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.
  7. Serve with cannoli chips, waffle cones, fruit, or cookies.

Notes

  • Drain ricotta if it’s too wet for a thicker dip.
  • Chill before serving to enhance flavor and texture.
  • Add a splash of almond extract or citrus zest for variation.
  • Use full-fat cheeses for best results.
