Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on box)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
  • 6 Milky Way bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare Brownie Layer: Make the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour half the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  3. Make Cheesecake Layer: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble Layers: Gently spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Drizzle half the caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with chopped Milky Way bars.
  5. Top with Remaining Brownie Batter: Spoon and gently spread the rest of the brownie batter over the top. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
  6. Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set but still a bit gooey. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • You can use homemade or store-bought caramel sauce.
  • Chill the brownies before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Swap Milky Way bars for Snickers, Twix, or Rolos for a twist!
