Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Head: 1 large, cut into florets
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Smoked Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas: 8 small
  • Avocado: 1, sliced
  • Red Cabbage: 1 cup, shredded
  • Lime Wedges: For serving
  • Fresh Cilantro: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Optional Sauce: Chipotle mayo or tahini drizzle


Instructions
