- 1 pound Ribeye or Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced
- 2 medium Zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and position a rack 6 inches from the heat source.
- Season steak slices with salt and pepper. Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add zucchini and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender. Return steak to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the top and place the skillet under the broiler.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting and flavor.
- Don’t overcrowd the skillet to allow proper browning.
- Dry zucchini slices to avoid excess moisture.
