  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Layer the diced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
