- 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup ham slices
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the marinara sauce with Italian seasoning.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 10×14 inch rectangle.
- Spread the sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, bell pepper, and olives.
- Roll tightly from the long edge, pinch seams and tuck ends under.
- Transfer to baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with egg and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Don’t overfill the Stromboli to avoid soggy dough.
