- Cheese slices, 4 slices (about 20 g each)
- Turkey ham slices, 4 thin slices (about 25 g each)
- All purpose flour, 60 g

- Breadcrumbs, 90 g
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon
- Paprika, 0.5 teaspoon
- Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the flour in one bowl, beat the eggs in a second bowl, and mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and paprika in a third bowl.
- Lay each chicken cutlet flat, top with one slice of turkey ham and one slice of cheese, then roll tightly.

- Place the rolled chicken seam side down in the baking dish and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Resting the chicken helps keep the cheese inside.
- Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.
- Prep ahead and bake just before serving for best results.
