Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, cubed
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the pan.
  4. Cook chicken in a single layer until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in butter until melted and coating the chicken.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor
  • Do not overcrowd the pan
  • Add garlic later to prevent burning
