- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to the pan.
- Cook chicken in a single layer until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in butter until melted and coating the chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
