Description

Crispy oven roasted chicken wings coated in cumin, fresh lemon, and garlic for a bold, zesty flavor with perfectly golden skin and juicy meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram chicken wings (about 12 to 14 pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray, skin side up, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
