Ingredients
Scale
- 1 kilogram chicken wings (about 12 to 14 pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray, skin side up, leaving space between each piece.
- Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Pat the wings dry before seasoning to help achieve crispy skin.
- Do not overcrowd the tray to ensure even roasting.
- For extra flavor, marinate the wings for up to 2 hours before baking.
