Description

Ingredients

  • 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup water


Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining excess fat.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, salt, sugar, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Layer tortilla chips on a baking sheet, then pour chili mixture over them. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
