Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, salt, sugar, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Layer tortilla chips on a baking sheet, then pour chili mixture over them. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
