- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup malted milk powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped malted milk balls (e.g. Whoppers)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugars and vanilla.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, malted milk powder, salt, and baking powder. Add to wet mixture and stir just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with chopped malted milk balls. Slice and enjoy!
