- 2 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped

- 4 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns
- 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the inside of the sandwich rolls and toast until golden and crisp.
- Fill each toasted roll with a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture.
- Serve immediately while warm and crisp, or wrap up for a picnic or lunchbox.
