- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- ¾ cup buttermilk ranch dressing
For the Buttermilk Ranch Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- If grilling fresh chicken, cook and let it rest before slicing.
- In a bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
- Peel and slice hard-boiled eggs. Halve cherry tomatoes and slice avocado.
- On a large platter or in bowls, arrange romaine, chicken, tomatoes, eggs, avocado, and blue cheese in rows.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and top with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately while crisp and fresh.
