- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 packet brown gravy mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade gravy mix)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water

- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook chicken: Cook the frozen popcorn chicken according to package directions, either by baking, frying, or air frying until crispy.
- Make gravy: In a small saucepan, combine the gravy packets, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cook corn: Microwave the corn with a tablespoon of water until heated through, then toss with a pinch of salt.
- Assemble: Spoon a generous portion of mashed potatoes into each bowl. Top with crispy popcorn chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and corn. Drizzle with warm gravy and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
