Description

This Copycat Olive Garden Salad brings the iconic restaurant flavor straight to your kitchen! Fresh veggies, savory parmesan, and the signature Olive Garden dressing make this a simple yet delicious side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag iceberg garden salad mix (or homemade salad mix, ingredients in notes)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 4-6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
  • 1 cup croutons (Olive Garden brand preferred)
  • 1 cup Olive Garden Signature Salad Dressing


Instructions

  • Place the iceberg salad mix in a large serving bowl.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes, olives, onion, pepperoncini, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Drizzle with the Olive Garden Signature Salad Dressing.
  • Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Homemade Salad Mix: If you prefer a homemade mix, you can combine 2 cups of shredded iceberg lettuce, 1 cup of shredded romaine lettuce, and 1/2 cup of shredded carrots.
