- Corned Beef: 2 cups cooked and diced
- Yukon Gold Potatoes: 3 medium peeled and diced

- Red Bell Pepper: 1 diced
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons chopped
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and bring a pot of water to boil.
