Description

A creamy, zesty spread with the perfect balance of jalapeños, roasted red peppers, and cheddar cheese, this Cowboy Cream Cheese Spread is the perfect dip for crackers, pretzels, veggie sticks, or cornbread. It’s easy to make and packs a flavorful punch!


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature 🧀
  • ⅓ cup tamed jalapeños, drained and chopped 🌶️
  • ⅓ cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped 🌶️
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder 🌶️
  • ½ teaspoon salt 🧂


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy 🧀.
  • Add the tamed jalapeños, roasted red peppers, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix everything until well combined 🌶️🧄🧀.
