Description

Crispy crab cake egg rolls filled with a creamy, savory seafood mixture, baked to golden perfection and perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crab meat, cooked
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, and spices.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet.
  4. Fill and roll wrappers, sealing edges.
  5. Brush with oil and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
