Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (drained and flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and green onions until well combined.
  • Assemble the Crescent Rolls: Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides slightly to prevent filling from leaking.
  • Bake: Brush each roll with the beaten egg. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

  • Serve: Let cool slightly and enjoy warm, optionally with a side of tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier kick, you can add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.

  • Serve with a lemon wedge or tartar sauce for extra flavor.
