Description

A classic creamy crab salad made with tender crab meat, crisp celery, and a light lemony dressing. Fresh, simple, and perfect for lunches, appetizers, or sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 340 g cooked crab meat, picked clean
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing and mix gently.
  3. Carefully fold in the crab meat, keeping the pieces as intact as possible.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold and enjoy.
