- 120 g mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the chopped celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing and mix gently.
- Carefully fold in the crab meat, keeping the pieces as intact as possible.
