Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare Coating Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Stir until well blended to form a smooth mixture.
  • Coat Chicken Tenders:
    • Take each chicken tender and coat it evenly with the mayonnaise mixture.
    • After coating with the mayo mixture, dredge each tender in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres well.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet:
    • Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out for even cooking.
  • Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
    • The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve:
      • Remove from the oven and let the tenders rest for a few minutes.
        • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.
  • These tenders pair well with a side of fresh vegetables or a crisp salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
